Work with me

Practices held with intention.

Whether you're arriving fresh or returning after a long absence, there is a way in. Every offering below is shaped around care — for your body, your faith, and the season you're living in.

For every body

Modifications offered honestly — no performative flexibility, no shame around ability.

Rooted in deen

Islamic references are named, not hinted at. Christians, Jews, and seekers are welcome too.

Slow, on purpose

This is not a workout. It is a return — to breath, to bone, to Allah.

How we begin

A gentle process.

  1. 01

    Say hello

A short note through the contact page — where you are, what you're hoping for, no pressure to know exactly.

  2. 02

    A quiet call

Fifteen minutes on Zoom or the phone. We meet, I listen, we see if the fit is right.

  3. 03

    Begin

We plan a first session or class. You arrive as you are — nothing to prepare, nothing to prove.

Frequently asked

A few things people wonder.

Is yoga permissible in Islam?

I teach yoga as movement, breath, and body-listening — free of spiritual practices that would conflict with tawhīd. I hold this question with respect, and I'm happy to speak more about it in a discovery call.

I've never done yoga before. Is that okay?

More than okay. Beginners are welcomed carefully — nothing here requires flexibility, athleticism, or prior experience.

Do I need to be Muslim?

No. My teaching is rooted in Islamic values, but women of every faith and no faith are welcome. What I ask for is openness and respect.

Are men's sessions available?

I currently teach women only in group settings. 1:1 sessions for men can occasionally be arranged through referral — please reach out.

Ready when you are.

Send a note — even a sentence is enough. I read every one myself.
